Refund policy

General Disclaimer:

Some cards may show signs of shelf wear or have minor imperfections. Heavily damaged cards and/or blisters are moved to our "Scratch & Dent" section. If you ever feel we got it wrong, please reach out to us with any concerns.Β 

Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

If your item is damaged during shipment, or you need to contact us for any reason, please use the "Contact Us" section.Β 

All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with detailed photos of the original packaging in order for a claim to be processed with the carrier. We reserve the right to require a return of the damaged goods before a refund is processed.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal of the package, or failure to claim it), a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
